Who Can Enroll ?
The eligibility requirements are simple:
You must be a high school junior or senior
You must be on target for graduation
You must be willing to spend three hours a
day at the Saginaw Career Complex
You must have good attendance
You must be willing to participate in work-based
learning
You must complete an application
Who Attends ?
Approximately
1,000 high school juniors and seniors from throughout
the Saginaw region attend the Saginaw Career Complex.
They come from all walks of life and have different
aspirations for the future. What they share in common
is:
The desire to be successful in the future
by getting a head start on preparing for a high-skill,
high-wage career
The drive to earn college credit at the same
time that they are earning credit toward a high school
diploma
Why Should YOU Enroll?
The knowledge, skills, and experience students need
to be productive in the 21st century are changing. In
this global and technology-driven economy, today's employers
expect employees at all levels to apply knowledge, think
creatively, solve complex problems, work in teams, excel
in using technology, and learn continuously.
The Saginaw Career Complex provides a challenging curriculum
for all students that prepares them for college, advanced
technical training, and skilled entry-level work.
Students need

That is what the Saginaw Career Complex is all about.
How Does it Work?
The Saginaw Career Complex offers a wide range of programs
to meet the needs of all who enroll. Students attend
the Complex for one half of their school day. They also
attend academic classes at their home high school for
the remainder of the school day.
Students earn
three (3) high school credits per year by attending
the Saginaw Career Complex, and they may also earn several
college credits at the same time.
